Notice our winter world.  Long shadows.  Contrast. Remain receptive to all the darks and all the lights. Pay any attention to what is around us. Focus on one.  Explore values in your water colors. Draw, paint, write.  Take inspiration from nearby.  The long view. This 3 hour class is $70.

MATERIALS: Bring  what you own: Watercolor paper & journal for practice and notes - Brushes - Waterproof Pen (Micron works well) - Watercolors basic small  palette - Water container with lid (Nalgene at REI is perfect) - Water spray is helpful.

We will provide:     Plastic palette for mixing  - papers for  projects - A few paints and brushes  to share with those who need them.

TEACHER: Inspired by landscape and a love of letters, E Klingner works full time in her rural studio gathering inspiration from the land and vast views. She shares her passion and enthusiasm by offering workshops to facilitate the creative process.
